Returns

Have confidence in ordering with Leotards and More.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the leotard or product minus the shipping costs. Gymnastic and dance leotards or biketards may only be EXCHANGED. Garments must be returned UNWORN and in its clean, original condition in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the leotard will be returned and no exchange will be honored. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us at support@leotardsandmore.com for return instructions. Returns on dance apparel (Not Leotards) will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus a 15% restocking charge. Shipping and handling is not refundable under any circumstances.

In the case of a return for exchange, a new garment will be shipped directly to you as an even exchange minus any shipping and handling charges. There is a flat fee of $5.00 for reshipping of exchanged items.  Please fill out the exchange form found on the home page of our website. Be sure to include your packing slip with your return. We suggest that you either ship your return via UPS or insure your package through USPS. Leotards and More is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.

Backordered

We make every effort to let you know if any item is backordered as soon as we process your order. There are occasional times when we will be able to substitute another product for the one that is on backorder. In these cases, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know the item is backordered and when you can expect to receive it or if you would like to make the substitution of one item for another. Please be aware that this will delay the processing time of these leotards. We will not process any order without your permission. The choice is always yours to make however this will delay your processing time depending on your email message time back to Leotards and More.

Warranties 

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by SJM Online Marketing Inc. Leotards and More is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).

Care of Garments

Hand Wash garment inside out in cold water using a mild detergent. Hang to dry. Do not dry in the dryer. Do not iron. Holograms, metallics, and foils may dull with repeated wear and washing. Sequence and glitter will fall off at each wearing.

Shipping Information

We normally ship most items within 6-8 "business days" from the time your order was received. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Weekend days do not count towards time in transit. International shipping times vary according to destination. If you need your order sooner, please email us at support@leotardsandmore.com the day of your order and we will try to accomodate your needs.  Unless otherwise requested, all other orders are shipped via USPS. Leotards and More is NOT responsible for LATE or Lost shipments by a carrier. All we can do is ship the order to the address that you have supplied in a way to get it to you on time.

International Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS international first class. Note: This can take up to 4-5 weeks depending on the customs back log. There may be an additional fee added to the standard rate depending on the country we are shipping to. International customers are responsible for all customs fees/dues. Additional fees or duties may apply based on each country's import requirements. Priority international rates are also available to hasten the transit time (usually 8-10 days). Please email us at support@leotardsandmore.com to get additional rates and times. We will add these rates to the credit card we have on file after we receive the customer's request.

Taxes

Leotards and More does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Nevada. If you order within the state of Nevada, you may be charged an additional 7.75% for sales tax.
