Terms/Returns/Shipping InformationPreparing To Order? We recommend you have the SKU numbers and the quantities of all the items you would like to order before you order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal as forms of payment. Choose from any of the items found online plus various other helpful information. Most orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 8 business days. Call us toll free Monday- Friday 8am-6pm EDT or Saturday 10am-5pm EDT. By Mail - Print out our order form at the website www.leotardsandmore.com, fill- in all the information including items and quantities, name, address (include shipping address if different from billing addresss), email address, daytime telephone number, credit card information (including expiration date and three digit code on the back of the card), mail to Leotards and More, SJM Online Marketing Inc., 287 Zoerb Ave. Buffalo, NY 14225. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Returns Have confidence in ordering with Leotards and More.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of receiving the leotard or product minus the shipping costs. Gymnastic and dance leotards may only be EXCHANGED. Garments must be returned UNWORN and in its clean, original condition. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us at support@leotardsandmore.com for return instructions. Returns on dance apparel (Not Leotards) will be accepted within 21 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus a 15% restocking charge. Shipping and handling is not refundable under any circumstances. In the case of a return for exchange, a new garment will be shipped directly to you as an even exchange minus any shipping and handling charges. There is a flat fee of $7.00 for reshipping of exchanged items. Please fill out the exchange form found on the home page of our website. Be sure to include your packing slip with your return. We suggest that you either ship your return via UPS or insure your package through USPS. Leotards and More is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your return. Backordered
We make every effort to let you know if any item is backordered as soon as we process your order. There are occasional times when we will be able to substitute another product for the one that is on backorder. In these cases, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know the item is backordered and when you can expect to receive it or if you would like to make the substitution of one item for another. Motionwear Gymnastics Leotards are made to order and the wait time is often 2-3 weeks. Please be aware that this will delay the processing time of these leotards. We will not process any order without your permission. The choice is always yours to make however this will delay your processing time depending on your email message time back to Leotards and More. Warranties All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by SJM Online Marketing Inc. Leotards and More is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Shipping Information We normally ship most items within 6-8 "business days" from the time your order was received. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Weekend days do not count towards time in transit. If you need your order sooner, please email us at support@leotardsandmore.com the day of your order and we will try to accomodate your needs. Motionwear Gymnastics leotards are made to order and often take 2-3 weeks to process. This will delay your shipping times. Small orders of 1lb. or less will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Unless otherwise requested, all other orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. UPS charges are based on total shipment weight. Shipping charges are rounded up to the nearest pound.If you request a rush order and require delivery quickly, USPS express shipping upgrades are available at an addititonal flat rate. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, April through June (dance competition and recitals), and special orders may take longer. Taxes Leotards and More does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Nevada. If you order within the state of Nevada, you will be charged an additional 7.75% for sales tax.
