Preparing To Order?

We recommend you have the SKU numbers and the quantities of all the items you would like to order before you order. Please have your credit card information available.

Online - www.leotardsandmore.com  This is the fastest and most convenient way to place your order. Our website is very secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal or Google checkouts as forms of payment. Choose from any of the items found online plus various other helpful information. Most orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 3-6 business days.

By Phone - 1-866-248-2093 Before ordering please have the following information available: items for ordering, quantity, your credit card, and expiration date. Call us toll free Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST or Saturday 10am-3pm EST.

By Mail - Print out our order form at the website www.leotardsandmore.com, fill-in all the information including items and quantities, name, address (include shipping address if different from billing address), email address, daytime telephone number, credit card information (including expiration date and three digit code on the back of the card). Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Returns

Have confidence in ordering with Leotards and More.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for an exchange (leotards/biketards) or refund (tops, pants, shorts, fitness) within 30 days of receiving the leotard or product minus the shipping costs. Gymnastic and dance leotards or biketards may only be EXCHANGED for a different size/color or a different style. If we cannot provide a suitable exchange (due to sizing) we will credit your account for a full refund minus any original shipping costs.

Garments must be returned unworn, in its clean, original condition and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the merchandise will be returned and no exchange will be honored.

In the event that you need to exchange a product for even pricing, please fill out the exchage page on the home page of this website and submit credit card information for the exchange fee of $5.00. If you have a return or and exchange for a different price, please contact us at support@leotardsandmore.com for return/exchange instructions.

Any returns of leotard/biketard for exchange, a new garment will be shipped directly to you. There is a flat fee of $5.00 for reshipping of all exchanged items. All extra fees for price differences will be applied to the card we have on file, unless otherwise requested. We suggest that you ship your return via USPS. Leotards and More is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return.

Returns on dance apparel (not leotards/biketards) will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be applied to the card or account we have on file. There is a 10% restocking fee for this service and shipping is not refundable under any circumstances. Be sure to include the return slip in the bag with the items you are returning. Once we receive the return, we will credit your account minus shipping and the 10% fee.

Backordered

We make every effort to let you know if any item is backordered as soon as we process your order. There are occasional times when we will be able to substitute another product for the one that is on backorder. In these cases, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know the item is backordered and when you can expect to receive it or if you would like to make the substitution of one item for another. Please be aware that this will delay the processing time of these leotards. We will not process any order without your permission. The choice is always yours to make however this will delay your processing time depending on your email message time back to Leotards and More.

Warranties 

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by SJM Online Marketing Inc. Leotards and More is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, washing, or mistreatment of item(s).

Care of Garments

Hand Wash garment inside out in cold water using a mild detergent. Hang to dry. Do not dry in the dryer. Do not iron. Holograms, metallics, and foils may dull with repeated wear and washing. Sequence and glitter will fall off at each wearing. Leotards and More is not responsible for replacement of items due to glitter loss or embellishments that fall off.

Shipping Information

We normally ship most items within 3-6 "business days" from the time your order was received. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Weekend days do not count towards time in transit. International shipping times vary according to destination. If you need your order sooner, please email us at support@leotardsandmore.com the day of your order and we will try to accomodate your needs.  Unless otherwise requested, all other orders are shipped via USPS. Leotards and More is NOT responsible for LATE or Lost shipments by a carrier. All we can do is ship the order to the address that you have supplied on the order form with delivery confirmation in hopes that you will receive it in a timely fashion.

If you request a rush order and require delivery quickly, USPS express shipping upgrades are available at an addititonal flat rate on some items. Please feel free to email us at support@leotardsandmore.com or call toll free at 1-866-248-2093 M-F 9-6 EST for current shipping times and charges. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, April through June (dance competition and recitals), and special orders may take longer. Please let us know via email at support@leotardsandmore.com if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to accomodate your request. We will contact you if an item has been back ordered, discontinued or is no longer available. Please provide us with an accurate email address as this is our regular means of communication.

Leotards & More will ship to every country in the world! All small orders will be shipped via USPS international first class under 13 oz. or priority mail if over 13 oz. This means of first class shipping is added onto your total at checkout.
