How secure is Leotards and More.com?

   LeotardsandMore.com uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers. Feel secure with the newest technology for Internet Protocol Transactions available to protect our customers information. Leotards and More is in compliance with the payment card industry PCI Data Security Standards and is screened by Trustwave on a monthly basis. 


How do I make a return to Leotards and More.com?

   If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of your order, you may return it for an exchange or credit (dancewear or fitness wear only) on your account. Please contact me at support@leotardsandmore.com. for further instructions. There will be no refunds on leotards only EXCHANGES. The returned garment must be UNWORN and in its original packaging. Fill out the exchange page online at www.leotardsandmore.com/exchangepage. Please include the packing slip in your return and send it to Leotards and More with the return address form attached. We suggest you ship your return via UPS or insure your package through USPS. There is a fee of $5.00 exchange fee on all returns. This is used primarily for return shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.


What shipping method do you use?

   We use USPS on all orders. We can ship out Fed Ex or UPS if necessary. For shipping rates please see our shipping page.


Do you offer rush deliveries?

   In most cases, we deliver in 5-10 business days upon the order placement. Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Weekend days do not count towards time in transit. If there is a need for a rush delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.


What payment methods do you accept?

   We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through our secure merchant gateway. We never share any credit information with anyone. We also accept Paypal and Google checkouts (USA only).

How can I change my order after it has been sent?

   Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed online, because it is automatically processed.  If you would like to change your order you can call Leotards and More at 866-248-2093 Mon.-Fri. 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time or we prefer to be contacted via email at Support@leotardsandmore.com .


How do I wash my leotards and gymnastics apparel?

   Each leotard has specific instructions for care. Generally, most leotards can be hand washed or machine washed on delicate in cold water. Generally, hang to dry. Always consult the garment's tags for complete washing instructions.


How do I determine what size I need?

   For gymnastic leotards, consult the US or DW gymnastic size charts depending upon what letters the item number begins with. All items numbers beginning with a US sku should consult the US size charts and all items that begin with a DW sku should consult the DW size charts. For all dance leotards and apparel consult the appropriate size chart found on the size chart page.  Note that fitting/sizing instructions are our best-estimate suggestions. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee fit due to variations in  body sizes and how you like the fit. What does backordered mean?

    When an item is “backordered” it is currently not in stock in our warehouse. However, we expect it to arrive in a reasonable period of time. We will usually let you know if an item is backordered as soon as we process your order. In these rare cases, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know the item is backordered and when you can expect to receive it. Plus size leotards are generally made to order and if backordered, will take 3-4 weeks for it to be sent to us. We will notify you immediately and you may substitute or wait for the back ordered item. When we have items that are backordered, this usually means that they are very popular and worth the wait. We will be happy to help you find a substitute for your item if you need it immediately. Do you charge sales tax?

   We do not charge sales tax unless you reside in the state of Nevada. Then we need to add 7.75% sales tax for Nevada residents only.
